Pronova 535 bagging machine - for extra hygienic packaging

The PRONOVA 535 bagging machine is the new stainless steel machine. It can be thoroughly washed down, which makes is ideal for packaging products that requires hygienic precautions, for example food and pharmaceutical products.

As with the rest of the machines in the 500-series, the 535 has an integrated beam system that hides the cords, which keeps the surface around the machine tidy and safe.

​

As with the PRONOVA 525, the PRONOVA 535 has longer sealing and cooling units which enables faster and more efficient packaging and also makes it suitable for in-line operations.

​

The PRONOVA 535 is mainly designed for automatic filling but can very well be used for manual filling.

​

Some advantages:

• The PRONOVA 535 can be thoroughly washed-down.
• It can be equipped with conveyor belt for heavy products.
• Bags can be fed intermittently as well as continuously.
