The great versatility of the Pronova Packaging
Systems enables us to easily integrate
our machines into existing production
lines and filling equipments.
However,
as we over the years have gained skills and experience in designing
customized packaging machines, we are
also very well qualified to develop
fully automated in-line packaging
solutions, including customized filling
equipments.
This
filler is part of a customized
packaging solution that we have designed
and delivered to Procordia Food in
Sweden. Together with a PRONOVA 425 UR it
packages six-packs of pizza-snacks
into carrier bags, to be sold as
multi-packs.
Each
frozen pizza is wrapped in paper
and transported on a conveyor belt
up to the filler where they are counted
and placed six by six in each bag.
Speed:
120 pizzas/min. 20 bags/min
